A gorgeous old photo of Brooke. I'm especially admiring her body. Yesterday, I bought a book called "Clean & Lean, Flat Tummy fast!", which is really amazing. It goes into a lot more than just fat loss, such as the reasons for bloating. And I love it's emphasis on health. So I'm hoping to have a body something like this in the near future.
